If patient has already developed cancer, treatment should be based on usual for cancer. no distant metastases exist, good prognosis can expected performing total gastrectomy. In case dysplasia, prophylactic gastrectomy recommended, but because it highly invasive postoperative postgastrectomy must considered, decision made careful consideration patient's background. Therefore, there are guidelines screening GAPPS, timing gastrectomy, or methods endoscopic surveillance. Because disease, its natural history still unclear. Further series needed elucidate molecular biology clinicopathological features establish clinical management, including diagnosis, treatment, this review, we provide overview problems, which will useful GAPPS.
